Anthony M. Gallone Jr. is Of Counsel with the Law Offices of Gregory J. Schadone, Ltd.. He is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration and Real Estate & Commercial Lending Teams. Attorney Gallone has extensive experience in a wide range of areas including commercial lending and real estate transactions, land use and development, zoning, municipal law, residential real estate closings and negotiating tax stabilization agreements with municipalities as they relate to renewable energy projects. His clients include real estate developers, banking institutions, private lenders, small businesses, and individual buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. As part of his land use practice, Attorney Gallone represents individuals and developers before local city and town councils, zoning boards and planning boards, with respect to real estate development projects of all sizes.
Attorney Gallone serves as Solicitor for the towns of North Providence and Smithfield in Rhode Island, and has numerous years of experience assisting municipalities with respect to various legal matters including contract negotiations, claims and litigation and municipal land use and zoning matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Anthony M. Gallone, Jr.
Attorney Gallone earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston University where he received a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Rhode Island. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, Rhode Island Municipal Solicitors’ Association and the Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island.
