Gregory J. Schadone, Esq.
Gregory J. Schadone founded the firm in 1994. He gradated from Boston College in 1989 and earned his JD from New England School of Law in 1994. While attending law school he also worked for various governmental entities including the Public Defender, the City of Providence Law Department and the City of Pawtucket Law Department.
Since being admitted to the bar, he has concentrated in the areas of personal injury law, corporate law and real estate law. He has handled numerous claims for seriously injured clients and their heirs throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and he has handled thousands of real estate transactions. He has also represented numerous small corporations.
Mr. Schadone served as a State Representative for District 54 in Rhode Island for fourteen years. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
David A. Ursillo , Esq.
Attorney David A. Ursillo graduated from Ohio Northern Petite College of Law in 1997. From there, he clerked for the Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Since his clerkship, David has practiced primarily in the civil litigation area of law.
He worked for a defense firm while in South Carolina doing both corporate and insurance defense litigation. Presently, he represents primarily plaintiffs. He has extensive experience in personal injury law including construction accidents, wrongful death, product liability, motor vehicle accidents and slip & falls. David has tried numerous cases in various courts. Besides practicing in litigation, David represents parties on contract matters. He also represents individuals in probate and estate matters including wills and guardianships.
He currently is a member of the Rhode Island and South Carolina Bar Associations. He also is a member of the Superior Court Bench/ bar Committee for Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice (formerly Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association).
Attorney Chelsea Baittinger is a graduate of West Virginia University and received her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, Chelsea interned with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and was a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic. Since law school, Chelsea has handled and assisted with numerous cases in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, and traffic violations.
Chelsea is currently a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. She is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association, Rhode Island Criminal Defense Bar Association, Superior Court Bench Bar Committee, and the Rhode Island Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Anthony M. Gallone Jr.
Anthony M. Gallone Jr. is Of Counsel with the Law Offices of Gregory J. Schadone, Ltd.. He is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration and Real Estate & Commercial Lending Teams. Attorney Gallone has extensive experience in a wide range of areas including commercial lending and real estate transactions, land use and development, zoning, municipal law, residential real estate closings and negotiating tax stabilization agreements with municipalities as they relate to renewable energy projects. His clients include real estate developers, banking institutions, private lenders, small businesses, and individual buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. As part of his land use practice, Attorney Gallone represents individuals and developers before local city and town councils, zoning boards and planning boards, with respect to real estate development projects of all sizes.
Attorney Gallone serves as Solicitor for the towns of North Providence and Smithfield in Rhode Island, and has numerous years of experience assisting municipalities with respect to various legal matters including contract negotiations, claims and litigation and municipal land use and zoning matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Anthony M. Gallone, Jr.
Attorney Gallone earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston University where he received a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Rhode Island. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, Rhode Island Municipal Solicitors’ Association and the Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island.
Jamie M. Gau
Jamie M. Gau has dedicated her professional career to providing compassionate and aggressive representation for her clients.
As a native New Yorker, Jamie graduated from St. John’s University before attending law school at Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school Jamie honed her negotiation and litigation skills while working with the Rhode Island Public Defenders, the Federal Defenders of the United States District Court of Rhode Island, and the Roger Williams University Criminal Defense Clinic. Upon receiving her degree, Jamie has successfully navigated clients through all stages of the litigation process in the Municipal, District, and Superior Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Jamie understands the perplexities clients face while navigating the legal process and prides herself on direct and clear communication.
